Anne practices in the areas of civil litigation, motion practice, and appeals, focusing on employment and contract law. After attending William Mitchell College of Law, she clerked for the Minnesota Court of Appeals and subsequently practiced in both the private and public sectors, with several years as an Assistant Public Defender (Tenth Judicial District, Minnesota). Anne has also taught persuasive legal writing as an adjunct professor at William Mitchell College of Law, 1999-2006.
